Rules

1. There is no team size limit.
2. Do not share or post any flags, hints or solutions publicly during the CTF.
3. Attacking event infrastructure (DoS / DDoS) is strictly prohibited.
4. Cross-team collaboration is not allowed. Do not discuss challenges with members from other teams.
5. Report all rule violations and infrastructure issues/vulnerabilities to the admins ASAP. Any violation of these rules will result in your team being disqualified.
6. SekaiCTF Organizers reserve the right to disqualify a team if suspected for breaking the rules.

Prizes

The top two teams will earn qualification for the following onsite events:

• The 10^th XCTF Finals in China (Summer 2026)
• MaltaCTF Finals in Valletta, Malta (Sept. 2025)

※ The first-place team may choose their preferred event; second-place team will qualify for the other. XCTF Finals covers full flights and accommodation; MaltaCTF Finals covers €450 per person for flights and full accommodation.

Every blockchain challenge will have the following bounty:

• 1st blood: 100 USDT
• 2nd blood: 50 USDT
• 3rd blood: 30 USDT

• 1× Binary Ninja Personal License (using binja)
